Aren't we all God's children?......when there are so very many foster children in dire need of a stable,loving family...it is down right criminal to deprive those children of something that should be the right of all children. I do agree with you on that stupidity in Arkansas. I happened to read about it in the newspaper.
But if I may offer a suggestion, for other readers unfamiliar with the situation, maybe you could give a brief description of the matter, a sentence or two, or refer to a news article, giving it some sort of context. That way an unaware reader will quickly know what they did in Arkansas and can use the reference to find more information on the matter.
