Fini, For Now . . .

Fini......after all of these many years on this earth, I am becoming very tired / dispirited....the corruption in Government and Corporations,the lack of civility and truth in politics, the horrors and hypocrisy of wars , the cruelty that humans show to other humans and every other living creature and the wanton destruction of our planet to appease our greed.....it is time to take a mental and emotional leave of absence.......love , peace and enlightenment......Skazski.

Diane Downs: "How Cheaply Do We Hold a Child's Life?"

How cheaply do we hold a child's life ?....re Diane Downs........so,after 25 years of a "life sentence" she is up for parole....why bother to call it a "life sentence" when the possibility of parole is in the future? is it to make the public feel that justice has been done (and then forget about it)? is it because the public can then rest easy knowing a convicted murderess will be safely locked away and cannot be a threat?....what hypocrisy!
