What 1 million dollars per each adult American citizen could do;...pay off mortgages, make needed repairs to homes,replace old appliances with energy efficient ones, be able to afford health insurance, put aside $$'s for retirement, help small business owners meet payrolls/ lines of credit/ inventories, replace old " gas guzzlers" with newer fuel efficient ones,set aside funds for college/ education.........and all of this is STILL less than the "pork" that is tacked on to the Bail Out Bill!
